This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of Writ of certiorari to call for the records of the 3rd respondent in Reference No.AAI/SR/ENGG/AGM(E-C)-II/ASR MSSR Top Floor/02/262 dated 21.01.2013 and to quash the same. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 & 3 has submitted that three years period of black listing the petitioner from taking part in any tender from 21.01.2013, had already ended on 21.01.2016. The learned counsel further has submitted that the prayer made in the Writ Petition has become infructuous in view of passage of time.
