.. Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail, in the event of his arrest concerned in Cr.No.3 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and thus render justice.

O R D E R
This Criminal Original Petition was referred for Mediation to Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras.
2.A communication dated 28.01.2015 of the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, enclosing a copy of its report dated 16.12.2014 has been received, wherein it is stated as follows:- "Both the parties appeared before the Centre along with their counsel. Matter has been settled between them as per the terms cited in the Mediation Agreement enclosed. Hence the matter is sent back to the Hon'ble Court."
3.As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Mediation Agreement, dated 04.09.2014, this Criminal Original Petition is listed for passing of an order in terms of the settlement. 4.The Mediation Agreement, dated 04.09.2014, arrived at out of their own volition and without any pressure or coercion from any side, signed by the parties and their respective counsel reads as follows:- "1.The Petitioner paid a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- (Rupees two lakhs and fifty thousand only) towards full and final settlement to the Defacto Complainant and the Defacto Complainant acknowledges the receipt of the same.
2. The Petitioner surrendered the photo CD, insurance amount of Defacto Complainant's husband, Death Certificate of Defacto Complainant's husband, 16.5 cents of land by way of settlement registered as document at SRO Archarappakkam and 2.5 cents of unregistered
irrevocable settlement deed.
3. The Defacto Complainant also agrees to surrender the letter framed by the village people and also agrees to withdraw the complaint and close all the pending cases.
4. The defacto complainant agrees to withdraw the complaint on the file of the Inspector of Police, W-16, All Women Police Station, Pulianthope Range, Pulianthope, Chennai, in Cr.No.3/2013.
5. Both parties agree that they have no further claim against each other. "
5. In terms of settlement arrived at between the parties which is recorded under the Mediation Agreement by the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Madras, in its Report dated 16.12.2014, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of recording the Mediation Agreement. The Mediation Agreement and the report of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. 25.06.2015 paa To The Inspector of Police W-16, All Women Police Station Pulianthope Range Pulianthope, Chennai.
