The prayer in the writ petition is to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2011 and pass order thereon on merits and in accordance with law within a period of that may be stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without going into merits of the case, this Court is inclined to direct the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.02.2011 and pass orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
