This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner in order CRL.O.P.No.6310 of 2023 dated 21.03.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st day of alternative month of English Calendar at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
