PRAYER : Writ Petition filed Under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to considering the petitioner's grandson representation dated 17.02.2014 within a short time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Court.

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner on 17.02.2014.

2. Perusal of the representation would reveal that the petitioner has raised certain personal grievances and made a request to make arrangements to continue his education by admitting him in a hostel. The representation was submitted to the first respondent. Already six and a half years lapsed.

3. Under these circumstances, the present status of the petitioner is not placed before this Court. Thus, if any grievance exists, it is left open to the petitioner to approach the competent authorities.

4. Therefore, no further consideration is required in respect of the relief as such sought for and accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
