This writ petition has been filed seeking quash of the proceedings No.6793/2009/A7 dated 12.07.2013 issued by the second respondent and further, to direct the respondents to adhere to the first list issued on 31.12.2009 and list dated 28.03.2013 and give notional promotion to the petitioner together with all attendant benefits.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner is no more and hence, no further adjudication is required in this petition.

In view of the submissions made, this Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
