TN 30 AT 6016, TN 30 AT 6251 and TN 30 AT 5692 under three Chalans bearing Nos.6, 7 and 8 dated 01.09.2014 representing the alleged fine for release of the said vehicles together with mineral as illegal and consequently direct the respondent to refund the said total sum of Rs.79,905/- together with interest of @ 24% p.a. from 01.09.2014 till the date of payment.
