The petitioner / wife seeks transfer of OP.No.69 of 2021 filed by the husband seeking divorce on the file of the Family Court, Karur to the Sub-Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode. Transfer is sought for solely on the ground of convenience of the wife, who is a resident of Sathyamangalam.

2.Considering the distance between Sathyamangalam and Karur and the fact that the proceedings before the Family Court requiring appearance of the parties for every hearing, which would definitely cause inconvenience to the wife, OP.NO.69 of 2021 is withdrawn from the Family Court, Karur and transferred to the Sub-Court, Erode, which is a neutral venue. Since the original petition is placed before the Sub-Court, Erode, the necessity of the parties appearing in person for every hearing is dispensed with. The Sub-Court, Erode is directed to dispose of the original petition within a period of one year from the date of receipt of the papers from the Family Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
