ORDER

The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that pursuant to the orders passed by this Court on 21.12.2020, the petitioner has received a sum of Rs.11,44,000/- from the respondents without prejudice to the other claims. Thus, the parties are at liberty to workout their remedy in the manner known to law in respect of further claims.

2.In view of the fact that the order passed by this Court dated 21.12.2020 has already been complied with, no further orders are required.
