The petitioners made a representation to the respondents on 10.02.2011 seeking issuance of patta in pursuance of the order passed in M.I.C.M.A.No.21/1990 with reference to the property situated in S.No.156/2, Manali Village.
As the said representation is not disposed of, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 10.02.2011 said to have been made by the petitioners, a direction is issued to the 2nd respondent herein to pass appropriate orders on the same within a period of eight
(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by taking into consideration the applicability and relevancy of the order passed in C.M.A.No.21 of 1990.
