This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e on 1st week of Sunday of every month at 10.30 am until further orders in Crl.MP.No.1910 of 2023 in Crl.OP.No.29025/2022 order dated 14.02.2023.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that, the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is modified and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police once in two months i.e., 1st working day of English calender month at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
