O R D E R

The respondents 1 to 4 are brothers and sisters of the deceased husband of the petitioner.

2. The petitioner filed a suit under Section 19 of Hindu Adoption and Maintenance Act, 1956 claiming maintenance against the respondents in the year 2018. It is seen that the suit is at the stage of framing issues.

3. According to the petitioner, she is not having sufficient means and therefore, she seeks early disposal of the suit. The suit is of the year 2018 and hence, it is pre-mature to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the matter.

4. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, a direction is given to the trial Court to consider the matter in accordance with the seniority. No costs.
