This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent herein to consider the petitioner's review petition dated 11.04.2023 regarding cancellation of punishment of postponement of increment for two years with cumulative effect. 1/3

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the review petition filed by the petitioner dated 11.04.2023 and dispose of the same in the light of the Judgment passed in the Criminal Court within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
