ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.04.2023 seeking cancellation of punishment of postponement of increment
for two years with cumulative effect.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to consider the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 11.04.2023 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
