ORDER
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner to withdraw the investigation in Crime No.53 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police and transfer the same to any other Investigating Agency.
2. No representation for the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) contended that a referred charge sheet has also been filed that police treating the case as "undetected".
