Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned order in Na.Ka.No.1/ Kaval Ayvalar, Thirumanur Kaval Nilayam dated 12.07.2018 passed by the second respondent and quash the same, consequently direct the respondent to grant permission to conduct a demonstration in order to urge the Government of Tamil Nadu to closure the running of sand quarries from Grand Anaicut (Kallanai - Dam) to Keezhanai (Anaikkarai) in view of protecting the drinking water resource and livelihood of farmers' respectively from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. at the venue in front of Bus Stand, Thirumanur, Ariyalur District on 27.07.2018 or in other alternative future days.
