Crl.M.P.No.9135 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.351 of 2016 R.SUBBIAH, J The present petition has been filed by the petitioners to relax the condition imposed on them in Crl.M.P.No.5438 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.351 of 2016 dated 19.7.2016.

2. This Court, by an order dated 19.7.2016, in Crl.M.P.No.5438 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.351 of 2016, while granting bail, imposed a condition that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Now, the petitioners have come up with the present petition to relax the said condition.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the said condition without any default.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the said condition imposed on the

petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the trial Court, once in fifteen days, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. The petition is ordered accordingly. 30.08.2016 sbi
