..Respondents Prayer:- The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 4th respondent in his Notice No.Nil dated Nil issued under Section 6 of Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905 and quash the same, and direct the respondents to transfer the land in Survey No.52/1 an extent of 2.61.0 hectares at Sengunam Village, Perambalur Taluk, Perambalur District, on payment of cost to the petitioner as recommended by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings Rc.No.B2/25247/2004, dated 14.12.2005.
