J. NISHA BANU, J., and D.BHARATHA CHAKRAVARTHY, J., This matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned". It is represented by the learned counsel for the appellant that he has made an endorsement to the effect that in view of proceedings dated 19.05.2023, the grievance of both the parties redressed, hence the Writ Appeal is withdrawn. But in the order of the court, the endorsement is not reflected and therefore, sought to incorporate the same.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. We have perused the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the appellant. Since a typographical error has been crept in in the order dated 21.06.2023, the same stands corrected as follows:- "The learned counsel appearing for the appellant produced a copy of the proceedings dated 19.05.2023 and submitted that in the light of the said proceedings, he is withdrawing the writ appeal and has

made endorsement as under:- " In view of proceedings of the Commissioner, dated 19.05.2023, the grievance of both the parties redressed, hence, the Writ Appeal is withdrawn"

In view of the above endorsement, recording the proceedings in ùTô.Õ.ùN.Ø.Gi.C5/18259/2020 dated 19.05.2023 passed by the Commissioner, Greater Chennai Corporation, whereby, the writ petitioner was given notional promotion, this writ appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions are closed. "

3. Registry is directed to issue the corrected order copy to the parties concerned.
