This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.695 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.24806 of 2022 on 24.01.2023 to report before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police once in two months i.e, 1st day of every two months, until further orders and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail.
