The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking a Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the first respondent in Resolution dated 12.07.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to publish the results of the petitioner with Enrollment No.A10101UCM6027 for the second year B.Com examination held in May 2012 and third year held in May 2013.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that, subsequent to the filing of the writ petition, the results of the petitioner for the second year and third year were published and hence the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous. 3.In view of the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication. Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
