This Contempt Petition has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the order dated 07.09.2023 in W.P.No.1045 of 2021 by the respondents.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner also endorsed the same.

4. In view of the above, in the considered opinion of this Court that no further adjudication is required in the contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.
