O R D E R

The prayer in the revision petition is seeking a direction for quick disposal of the suit in O.S.No.2718 of 2012 on the file of the XVIII Assistant City Civil Judge at Chennai.

2. The suit is filed for declaration that both the alleged sale deeds dated 27.11.2008 executed by the defendants 1 to 17 in favour of defendants 24 and 25 and dated 13.03.2009 executed by the defendants 18 to 22 in favour of defendants 24 and 25 as null and void and not binding on the plaintiffs.

3. Though the scope of the prayer in this civil revision petition is limited, it has been kept pending from the year 2013 virtually defeating the direction sought for in this petition.

4. Considering the long pendency of the civil revision petition, the trial court is directed to dispose of the suit itself before 31.12.2018. The parties are directed to cooperate for the speedy disposal of the suit.

5. With the above directions, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
