The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 21st January 2014 and take appropriate action in respect of the illegal and unauthorised erection of a Vodafone Mobile Tower.

2. The learned counsel for the corporation and also the respective learned counsels appearing on behalf of the other respondents brought to the notice of this Court that no tower has been erected and already 61⁄2 half years lapsed.

3. This being the factum, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in the present writ petition.
