This petition is filed to bring on record the proposed respondents, Shanthi Sethu Ganapathi Mohan - wife, Kamaleshwari - Daughter, as respondents 3 and 4 in the place of the deceased respondents (R2) and implead them as respondents 3 and 4 in the above Writ Petition.

3.The Registry is required to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title of the main petition.
