W.M.P.No.21005 of 2020 in W.P.No.42723 of 2006 P.VELMURUGAN,J This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed by the petitioner in support of restoration of the writ petition and the order passed by this Court dated 22.06.2010 is set-aside and the writ petition is restored.
