O R D E R The Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 17.07.2017 made by the petitioner and to dispose the same on merits, within the time as prescribed by this Court.

2. The learned counsel, who is appearing for the petitioner in this case is unable to understand many things. Apart from embarrassing the Court by her false and misleading statements on facts, she is unable to understand basic questions that were put to her. She expected this Court to give a direction to the District Collector implementing the recommendation issued by the Revenue Inspector.

3. Despite this Court making efforts to convince the learned counsel for the petitioner to give alternative prayer, she is adamant that the present prayer should be considered by this Court. However, this Court is unable to grant the prayer in the manner in which it was sought for.
