This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to bring on record the proposed respondents 3 to 6 herein as legal representatives of deceased 1st respondent.

2. Mr.E.K.Kumaresan, learned counsel for petitioner submitted that pending Civil Revision Petition, the 1st respondent died on 13.02.2018. Hence, he has filed the above petition to bring her legal heirs on record. 3.Mr. T.Dhanyakumar, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 appeared and submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances, and being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit as justifiable one, this petition is allowed. The proposed legal representatives of the 1st respondent are impleaded as respondents 3 to 6 in the above Civil Revision Petition.

5. Issue notice to the proposed respondents 3 to 5 through court and post returnable by 10.11.2022. Private notice is also permitted. 12.10.2022 rpp Note. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment in the cause title and post the matter on 10.11.2022. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
