This application has been filed to amend the cause title and in para 1 of the plaint, in respect of the 1st plaintiff, the words "Manager / authorized signatory Mr.A.Selvakumar" may be deleted and the following may be added "Vice President / Authorized Representative Mr.G.Vairakumar"; in the cause title and in para 1 of the plaint in respect of the 2nd plaintiff, the name "Mrs.J.Anusuya" may be deleted and the following name may be added "Mr.J.Sundeep Anand"; in the cause title and in para 1 of the plaint in respect of the 3rd plaintiff the name "Mr.V.Kanakasabai" may be deleted and the following name may be added "Mr.Bhoominathan".

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has no objection for allowing this application.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, the same is allowed.

4. The learned counsel for the applicants is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the suit.
