Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 3 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2014 to conduct the Pongal festival at Mariamman Koil, Pillanallur, Rasipuram Taluk, Namakkal District on the first day of Ippasi or any other date fixed by this court.
