JUDGMENT
Memo filed by the counsel for the appellant informing that the sole appellant died and the appeal may be closed as abated.
2.The said memo is taken on record.
3. It is found that the sole appellant had died long back and despite the same, steps have not been taken to bring the legal representatives on record and proceed further. In such circumstances, there is no purpose in keeping the matter further pending.
4. In the light of the above position, the Second Appeal is dismissed as abated. No costs.
