This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5945 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 that the petitioner shall report before the Metropolitan Magistrate IV, Saidapet, Chennai instead of the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30a.m., until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition No.7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5945 of 2023 dated 17.03.2023 alone is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the IV Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, first working day of every month until further orders. The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
