3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the his mother purchased the subject lands and after the death of the parents of the petitioner, himself and his brothers and sisters became absolute owners of the lands and they are in joint possession of the same. The grievance of the petitioner is that though though he has given a petition to survey the lands and to measure the boundaries and fix the measurement stones on the edges of boundaries of their lands, the same has not been considered by the third respondent till date. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 12.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the same, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/5
