The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the 1st respondent in respect of the impugned proceedings of the 1st respondent in No.1051-1/NiE1/2017 dated 06.04.2018 and quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent to restore the 1st respondent's proceedings in No.1051/2017/NiE1/ dated 06.04.2018 and impose cost on the respondents 1 and 2 to compensate the petitioner.

2. When the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer in the writ petition has become infructuous since the same has already been granted by the authorities.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer in the writ petition has already been granted to the petitioner by the authorties, nothing survives for further adjudication in the petition and hence the present Writ Petition has become infructuous.
