Mr.M.Gnanasekar reports that the applications filed under Section 5 of the Limitation Act and Order IX Rule 13 of Code of Civil Procedure to condone
the delay and to set aside the exparte decree in O.S.No.113 of 2004 dated 12.04.2010, has neither been numbered by the learned trial Court nor has it been returned.
2. The learned Subordinate Judge, Ambattur, is directed to number I.A.SR.No.2256 of 2026 in O.S.No.113 of 2004, and issue notice in the same and take a call on the application, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
