2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, it is submitted that, already the petitioner has reached the age of superannuation and that the relief sought for in the present writ petition cannot be considered at this point of time.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
