ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7 imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025, that the petitioner is directed to make a non-refundable deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of Crime No.1 of 2025 within a period of four weeks before the Special Court under TNPID Act, Coimbatore.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is presently unemployed and therefore, he is unable to comply with the condition of deposit of Rs.3,00,000/- to the credit of crime number, as imposed by this Court, vide order dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2025 and sought for modification of the same.
3. Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions of both sides, the nature of offence, this Court is not inclined to modify the aforesaid condition and the petitioner is granted two weeks time from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to comply with the conditions imposed on him by this Court, vide order dated 15.04.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.8286 of 2025, if not the anticipatory bail granted to the petitioner will automatically stands cancelled.
