The petitioner herein, which is a Federation of Adambakkam Welfare Associations seeks to implead in the above writ petitions.

2. Earlier, the petitioner federation filed a writ petition in W.P.No.14884 of 2021 seeking restoration of open space earmarked for public purpose in Paimash Nos.64-78, 80, 81, 82 & 1027, Ward G-Block No.22, Present Survey No.24, Adambakkam Village, Chennai 600 088. Pending the said writ petition, the impugned orders were passed by the Commissioner of Greater Chennai Corporation revoking the permit issued on 29.08.2018. Aggrieved by the same, these writ petitions are filed. Therefore, the petitioner herein has made out a case for hearing it as a party.

3. Accordingly, these Writ Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
