The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Section 303 (2) of BNS , 2023, corresponding to Section 379 of IPC, in Crime No.90 of 2025, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. Mr.R.Vinothraja, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is not an accused in this case.
