Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 2nd and 3rd respondent to post the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the vacancy at Pappa Kovili Panchayat Union Primary School by transferring her from Palakkadu Panchayat Union Primary School w.e.f. 24.06.2014 because not showing the vacancy at the time of counseling is illegal, arbitrary, vindictive and favouritism and award costs.

ORDER

The prayer made in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to post the petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the vacancy at Pappa Kovili Panchayat Union Primary School by transferring her from Palakkadu Panchayat Union Primary School with effect from 24.06.2014.

2.However, today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that due to efflux of time, this writ petition may be closed, with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned for appropriate relief.

3.In view of the above, leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the authorities, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
