This application has been filed seeking to pass an order issuing contempt notice to the respondents for having disobeyed the order dated 05.04.2024 of the arbitrator and to punish the respondent, besides directing the respondents to pay the arbitral costs of Rs.35,000/- either jointly or severally to the applicant.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this application is dismissed as withdrawn.
