This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to take disciplinary action against the 4th respondent and terminate him from service.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this writ petition, the fourth respondent got superannuation and hence, nothing survives for adjudication herein.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
