Respondent Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writs of Mandamus, calling for the records from the file of the 3rd respondent's proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.110700/1996/A1 dated 28.05.2014 and quash the same and further direct the 3rd respondent to implement the proceedings of the then Thasildar made in Na.Ka.No.1318/2002/A2 dated 20.05.2003 made pursuant to the proceedings of the Special Commissioner/Commissioner of Land Administration vide proceedings made in Lr.No.RC/B1/881/2003 dated 21.04.2003. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking to quash the 3rd respondent's proceedings made in Na.Ka.No.110700/1996/A1 dated 28.05.2014 and further, direct the 3rd respondent to implement the proceedings of the then Thasildar made in Na.Ka.No.1318/2002/A2 dated 20.05.2003 made pursuant to the proceedings of the Special Commissioner/Commissioner of Land Administration vide proceedings made in Lr.No.RC/B1/881/2003 dated 21.04.2003.

2. When the matter is called today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to the said effect and sets liberty to approach the competent civil court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the endorsement, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
