(CR.NO.45/2019) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit fixed by this Hon'ble Court as passed in anticipatory bail petition in Crl.O.P.No.12854 of 2021 dated 27.07.2021 in the above case in Cr.no.45 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police and pass any such further or other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may think deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justic. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide order dated 27.07.2021, this Court had granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners to extend the time limit fixed by this Honourbale Court.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons shown in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the prayer sought for by the petitioners deserve to be considered favourably.

3. Accordingly, time is extended by a further period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for the petitioners. All other conditions remain unaltered.
