This Court vide order dated 05.06.2023, granted an order of interim stay on condition that the petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.6,00,000/- to the respondent organization on or before 30.06.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner deposited only a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- as per the said order, however, he sought further accommodation to settle the remaining due payable to the respondent organization. Hence, the extension petition was filed by the petitioner.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, the petitioner is directed to deposit the remaining amount on or before 11.08.2023 to the respondent organization, failing which, the interim stay already granted by this Court stands vacated automatically.

4. Call on 11.08.2023 under the caption "for reporting compliance".
