ORDER

(Order of the court was made by Dr.VINEET KOTHARI, J.) Petitioner has filed this PIL writ petition for seeking a direction to the first respondent, Commissioner of Land Administration to dispose forthwith the appeal made by the petitioner on 24.3.2017.

2. Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, we are of the considered opinion that this petition is not fit case to be entertained by exercising the extraordinary jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The petitioner, is of course, at liberty to go before the authority concerned and it is for the authority concerned to hear the appeal of the petitioner and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible.
