The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that in this Writ Petition, the petitioner has challenged the G.O.(1D).No.137/2014, School Education (SE5 (1)) Department dated 09.06.2014 passed by the first respondent in which, there are certain norms and guidelines for transferring the teachers, and following the said norms, the petitioner has been transferred so the challenge made to the said Government Order is not sustainable. He further submitted that in the present Writ Petition, no interim order was granted by this Court. He also submitted that the Government has passed https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

subsequent Orders for general transfer of teachers in Panchayat Middle School.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives in this Writ Petition for further adjudication and therefore, the same is dismissed as infructuous by this Court. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
