This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the final report in C.C.No.107/2021, on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Katpadi.

2. It is submitted by the learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioners were tried and acquitted by the judgment dated 08.03.2023 in C.C.No.107 of 2021 which is impugned in the instant quash petition.

3. In view of the above submission, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition and hence the prayer in the instant petition has become infructuous.
