This writ petition has been filed to call for the records of the respondents particularly that of the 2nd respondent in Letter No. Ne.Mu.1/10833/78 dated 13.05.2015 and quash the same as illegal unlawful without jurisdiction besides ultra vires against principles of natural justice and consequently forebear the respondents their men agents servants or any one acting on their behalf from in any manner interfere with nor disturb the petitioners peaceful possession occupation and enjoyment over the immoveable property comprised in No.54 Alagapuram Pudur Village comprised in Patta No.280 in Survey No.152/7 vide Fresh Patta No.262 in R.S.No.152/7A having an extent of 3.02 1⁄2 Acres situate within Salem Taluk Salem Suramangalam.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation. In an earlier occasion also, there is no representation for the petitioner.
