A preliminary decree was passed in O.S.No.466 of 2009 as early as on 2016. The Court below has kept the final decree proceedings pending from 2018. The suit V.LAKSHMINARAYANAN,J.

CRP(PD)No.2543 of 2023 Kj was initiated in 2009 and 14 years have gone by. Therefore, I feel that it is a fit case, where a direction be issued to the learned trial Judge to dispose of the final decree application.

2. Accordingly, the learned V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Coimbatore, is requested to take up I.A.No.552 of 2018 in O.S.No.466 of 2009 and dispose of the same within a period of seven months i.e., on or before 28.02.2024 and submit a report to this Court.
